Terms & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your use of Adloka's website and services. Adloka is a venture by NPR Design, based in Andheri West, Mumbai. By ordering a sample or any package, or by using this site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

What we do

Adloka produces ad creative for brands using AI production combined with trained marketing professionals. Exact deliverables depend on the package you choose, as described on our Pricing page.

The Rs 2,999 sample

  • The sample is a paid service: for Rs 2,999 plus GST, we produce one ad creative on your own product.
  • The sample is a standalone paid service. It is not credited or refunded toward any later package.
  • Because the sample is custom work made specifically for you, the sample fee is not refundable once we have begun production.

Pricing, GST and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate, currently 18%.
  • Package details and inclusions are as listed on our Pricing page and may change over time, but the price agreed for an active order will be honoured.
  • Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before we begin work. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.

Turnaround and revisions

We share an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds on the agreed creative. Additional rounds, or changes beyond the original brief, may be quoted separately.

What we guarantee, and what we do not

We guarantee that we will deliver the creative and revisions agreed for your package, produced to a professional standard. We cannot and do not guarantee specific business results, such as a particular number of sales, return on ad spend, reach, or followers. Those outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, offer, ad budget, landing experience, and market conditions.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate product information, brand assets, and any details we need to do the work.
  • Give feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes so we can keep to schedule.
  • Ensure you own or have the rights to any materials, logos, images, or claims you ask us to use, and that they are lawful and not misleading.

Ownership and portfolio use

Once your order is paid in full, you receive the right to use the final approved creative for your own marketing. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may display the work we create in our portfolio and marketing. Working files and raw source assets remain ours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds

  • Sample fee: non-refundable once production has started, as it is custom work produced specifically for you.
  • Packages and projects: because these are custom creative services, fees for work already performed are not refundable. If we fail to deliver the work agreed, we will first complete or revise it; where that is not possible, any refund is limited to the portion of the fee for work not delivered.
  • Results: we do not offer refunds based on the business performance of the creative, as distinct from whether the agreed deliverables were provided.
  • Monthly plans: you may cancel before your next billing cycle. The current paid cycle is not refunded once it has begun, and you keep the deliverables for that cycle.

Third-party platforms

We are not responsible for the policies, approvals, decisions, or availability of third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, or WhatsApp, including ad account reviews, rejections, or suspensions. Running ads on these platforms is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adloka's total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or sales.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with its updated date.
